Illinois man accuses tribal online lenders of predatory loans

Joshua Kalkbrenner sued West Side Lending LLC and Wolf River Development Co. Tuesday in federal court in Illinois, alleging the companies only pretend to be owned and operated by the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin.
